James Fisher Submarine Rescue Service Heads Down Under

In May 2009, we mobilised the assets of the JFSRS from its home in Renfrew, to a new submarine rescue base in Henderson, Wetern Australia.

From here the JFSRS is providing a submarine rescue service to the men and women of the Royal Australian Navy.

This video illustrates the mobilisation of the LR5 submersible which, like all assets of the JFSRS, is fully air transportable.
