Equipment Assessment and Support

At our secure facilities in Renfrew we have the capability to test and evaluate a range of Special Operations equipment.

Testing and assessment can be undertaken either in our test tank or in open water facilities located close to our manufacturing base in Scotland.

Using the considerable experience of our team of subject matter experts, JFD can support capability development, feasibility studies, the development and identification of solutions and Urgent Operational Requirements.

Consultancy services extend to maritime security surveys of production platforms, ships, establishments and shore-based facilities and equipment.

Trials Tank Facility

Our purpose-built trials tank is located within our secure facility and is available for hire.

The facility is supported by a fully-equipped workshop, including overhead cranage, diver changing, medical equipment and equipment servicing facilities.

JFD offers clients full photographic and underwater video and editing facilities to support trials, testing or training.

Test tank engineering facilities also cater for design proving, acceptance testing, measurement and data recording.
