How do you navigate the website?
The main sections of our website can be accessed from the top navigation on any page within our site.
You can navigate the site using the links on the top navigation bar. Sub-sections are displayed underneath the main navigation bar on the right hand side if applicable.

To view the sitemap please go to the page footer and click on Sitemap, alternatively click the tab at the top of this page. Here you will find a diagram of the website.

The website hasn't displayed correctly, why?
The James Fisher Defence website is optimised for use with
- Internet Explorer 8 or higher
- Firefox 4 or higher
- Safari 5 or higher
- Chrome 12 or higher
The site may work in older versions, but certain features may be disabled or may be displayed incorrectly.

What is a PDF and how can I view it?
PDF (portable document format) is a file format which displays a printed document as an electronic image that you can view, navigate, print, or email to someone else.
PDF files are created using Adobe Acrobat or similar products. To view and use the files, you need the free Acrobat Reader*.
Download the Adobe Reader here*.
Once you've downloaded Acrobat Reader, it will launch automatically whenever you want to look at a PDF file.

How can I print content from the website?
To print pages either select the printer icon near the bottom right hand side of the webpage you are on, or choose the File menu on the top left hand side of your browser and select print or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+P/Command+P.
If the content disappears off the right hand side of your paper, you may need to change your Printer Setup.
From the Print Dialog box choose Preferences > Layout and select Landscape > select OK > then Print.
On a Mac choose File > Print or Command+P > From the Print Dialogue screen, click the downward arrow to the right of Printer for more options > Choose Orientation to change print out to landscape.
