Fun Day out for JFD Staff
September 2011
What better way of building camaraderie and team spirit in the workplace could there be, than to overtake your fellow co-workers on the racetrack and shoot them down in a combat zone?!
Staff at James Fisher Defence recently took part in an afternoon of fun at Scot Kart in Cambuslang; the workforce were split into teams, dressed up in camouflaged attire to engage in combat and shoot each other at Combat City. A battle also commenced on the indoor go-karting track, where colleagues were paired up and kitted out as F1-style drivers in a race comprising of gruelling endurance and pit stop penalties.
An awards ceremony at the Corinthian in Glasgow, complete with buffet and free bar, brought an end to the afternoon of mild conflict and rounded off the fun day out.
